Edmond FitzMaurice, 8th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw1 
He succeeded as the 8th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw [I., c. 1295] in 1469.1 In 1485 he recovered lands which had been granted to his ancestors by King John.1 In 1489 he was summoned to attend King Henry VII’s court at Greenwich, but disobeyed the summons.1
He was “a vessel of wisdom and hospitality.”1
