     James Caddell was born on 3 January 1857.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Caddell and Ellen Buckingham.¹ He died on 3 January 1857.¹

     Philip Caddell was born on 8 August 1775.¹ He was the son of Dr. Walter Caddell and Rebecca Simmons.¹ He married Mary Jane Cobham on 2 January 1805.¹ He died on 30 July 1853 at age 77.¹
     He was a clergyman at Barbados^G.¹

     Mary Jane Cobham married Philip Caddell, son of Dr. Walter Caddell and Rebecca Simmons, on 2 January 1805.¹
     From 2 January 1805, her married name became Caddell.¹
