     Janet Mary Townsend is the daughter of Horatio Uniacke Townshend and Louisa Jane Clarke.² She married Charles Richard Galwey, son of Venerable Charles Galwey and Honoria Tomkins Knox, in 1870.²
     From 1870, her married name became Galwey.²

     Horatio Uniacke Townshend was born in 1826.² He was the son of Thomas Townsend and Martha Uniacke.² He married Louisa Jane Clarke, daughter of John Clarke, on 16 June 1841.² He died on 15 February 1897.²
     He lived at Rathmoyle, Abbeyleix, County Laois, Ireland^G.²

     John Edward de Burgh Galwey was born on 31 October 1870.¹ He was the son of Charles Richard Galwey and Janet Mary Townsend.¹ He married Catherine Mary Grogan, daughter of Major Edwin Grogan and Agnes Emma Warner, on 28 July 1908.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He lived at Lota, Foxrock, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹

     Catherine Mary Grogan is the daughter of Major Edwin Grogan and Agnes Emma Warner.¹ She married John Edward de Burgh Galwey, son of Charles Richard Galwey and Janet Mary Townsend, on 28 July 1908.¹
     From 28 July 1908, her married name became Galwey.¹

     Major Edwin Grogan married Agnes Emma Warner, daughter of Robert Edward Warner.
     He gained the rank of Major in the Warwickshire Regiment.¹

     Agnes Emma Warner is the daughter of Robert Edward Warner.¹ She married Major Edwin Grogan.
     Her married name became Grogan.¹

     Lilian Mary Isobel Galwey was born in 1875.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Richard Galwey and Janet Mary Townsend.¹ She died on 12 July 1894, unmarried.¹

     Janet Hildegarde Townshend Galwey was the daughter of Charles Richard Galwey and Janet Mary Townsend.¹ She died on 9 May 1955, unmarried.¹

     John Galwey was born on 23 October 1843.¹ He was the son of Venerable Charles Galwey and Honoria Tomkins Knox.¹ He died on 4 April 1865 at age 21, drowned.¹
     He gained the rank of Ensign in the 103rd Bombay Fusiliers.¹
