     Mary O’Madden was born circa 1703.¹ She was the daughter of Anthony O’Madden and Catherine Power.¹ She married John Galwey, son of William Galwey and Margaret MacCurtin, on 9 January 1725/26.¹ She died on 2 December 1740.¹
     From 9 January 1725/26, her married name became Galwey.¹

     John Galwey was born on 27 December 1726.¹ He was the son of John Galwey and Mary O’Madden.¹ He married, firstly, Andrea de Gand, daughter of Louis de Gand, in 1750 at Cadiz, Spain^G.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Quilty, daughter of Thomas Quilty, on 17 April 1770 at Malaga, Spain^G.² He died in 1797.¹
     He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of Carlos III of Spain.¹ He was appointed Hidalgo on 24 August 1769.¹ He lived at Malaga, Spain^G.¹

     Andrea de Gand was born circa 1726.¹ She was the daughter of Louis de Gand.¹ She married John Galwey, son of John Galwey and Mary O’Madden, in 1750 at Cadiz, Spain^G.¹ She died in 1752, without surviving issue.¹
     From 1750, her married name became Galwey.¹

     Louis de Gand was born before 1710.
