     Hon. Walter Vanneck was born on 9 March 1849.¹ He was the son of Charles Andrew Vanneck, 3rd Baron Huntingfield of Heveningham Hall and Louisa Arcedeckne.¹ He married Catherine Medora Armstrong, daughter of William Archibald Armstrong and Medora Eliza Beit, on 24 September 1877 at St. James’s Church, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia^G.^1,2 He died on 17 September 1931 at age 82.¹

     Catherine Medora Armstrong was born in 1860 at Queensland, Australia^G.² She was the daughter of William Archibald Armstrong and Medora Eliza Beit.^1,2 She married Hon. Walter Vanneck, son of Charles Andrew Vanneck, 3rd Baron Huntingfield of Heveningham Hall and Louisa Arcedeckne, on 24 September 1877 at St. James’s Church, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia^G.^1,2 She died on 5 August 1932.¹
     From 24 September 1877, her married name became Vanneck.¹

     Joshua Walter Huntingfield Vanneck was born on 1 November 1886.¹ He was the son of Hon. Walter Vanneck and Catherine Medora Armstrong.¹ He married Joan Ransome Turner, daughter of Edgar Turner, on 1 September 1914.¹ He died on 3 June 1947 at age 60.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹

     Joan Ransome Turner is the daughter of Edgar Turner.¹ She married Joshua Walter Huntingfield Vanneck, son of Hon. Walter Vanneck and Catherine Medora Armstrong, on 1 September 1914.¹
     From 1 September 1914, her married name became Vanneck.¹

     Edgar Turner lived at Colombo, Sri Lanka^G.¹

     Ralph Wyndham Vanneck was born on 20 September 1891.¹ He was the son of Hon. Walter Vanneck and Catherine Medora Armstrong.¹ He married, firstly, Emily Sarah Bellow, daughter of E. A. Bellow, in 1945.¹ He married, secondly, Phyllis Evelyn Hill, daughter of G. Mitchell Hill, in 1971.¹

     Emily Sarah Bellow was the daughter of E. A. Bellow.¹ She married Ralph Wyndham Vanneck, son of Hon. Walter Vanneck and Catherine Medora Armstrong, in 1945.¹ She died in 1951.¹
     From 1945, her married name became Vanneck.¹

     Phyllis Evelyn Hill is the daughter of G. Mitchell Hill.¹ She married Ralph Wyndham Vanneck, son of Hon. Walter Vanneck and Catherine Medora Armstrong, in 1971.¹
     From 1971, her married name became Vanneck.¹
