     Amy Hyatt was the daughter of Edward Hyatt.¹ She married John Torrance Vanneck, son of Tompson Vanneck and Catherine Anne Torrance, in 1893.¹ She died on 23 November 1900, without issue.¹
     From 1893, her married name became Vanneck.¹

     Edward Hyatt lived at Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Sarah Brookman was the daughter of Henry D. Brookman.¹ She married, firstly, Philip Bradford Niles before 1902.¹ She married, secondly, John Torrance Vanneck, son of Tompson Vanneck and Catherine Anne Torrance, on 18 June 1902.¹ She died on 10 December 1908 at Cannes, France^G.^2,3
     From before 1902, her married name became Niles.¹ From 18 June 1902, her married name became Vanneck.¹

     Henry D. Brookman lived at Brooklyn, New York City, New York, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Philip Bradford Niles married Sarah Brookman, daughter of Henry D. Brookman, before 1902.¹ He died before 1902.¹

     John Vanneck was born on 14 January 1908.¹ He was the son of John Torrance Vanneck and Sarah Brookman.¹ He married Barbara Bailey, daughter of Frank Bailey, on 17 May 1930.¹ He died in 1974.¹

     Barbara Bailey is the daughter of Frank Bailey.¹ She married John Vanneck, son of John Torrance Vanneck and Sarah Brookman, on 17 May 1930.¹
