Constance Elizabeth Hamilton-Russell was born circa 1866 at Kensington, London, England.² She was the daughter of Gustavus Russell Hamilton-Russell, 8th Viscount Boyne and Lady Katherine Frances Scott.¹ She married Very Rev. Albert Victor Baillie, son of Evan Peter Montagu Baillie of Dochfour and Lady Frances Anna Bruce, on 9 August 1898.¹ She died on 27 September 1924, leaving issue.¹
     From 9 August 1898, her married name became Baillie.¹
