     Charlotte Addington was the daughter of Anthony Addington and Mary Hiley.^1,2 She married Rt. Hon. Charles Bathurst, son of Charles Bragge and Anne Bathurst, on 1 August 1788.¹ She died on 27 May 1839.¹
     From 1 August 1788, her married name became Bathurst.¹

     Anthony Addington was born on 13 December 1713.² He is the son of Henry Addington and Elizabeth Watts.² He married Mary Hiley, daughter of Reverend Haviland John Hiley, on 22 September 1745.² He died on 21 March 1790 at age 76.²
     He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)² He was a general practitioner at London, England, His patients included Pitt the Elder and King GEorge III.¹ He lived at Fringford, Oxfordshire, England.²

     Charles Bathurst was born on 15 January 1790.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. Charles Bathurst and Charlotte Addington.¹ He married Mary Fendall, daughter of William Fendall, on 27 August 1819.¹ He died on 30 January 1863 at age 73, without issue.¹
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Lydney Park, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Mary Fendall is the daughter of William Fendall.¹ She married Charles Bathurst, son of Rt. Hon. Charles Bathurst and Charlotte Addington, on 27 August 1819.¹
     From 27 August 1819, her married name became Bathurst.¹
