     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 16th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] on 15 December 1925.¹ He gained the rank of Second Lieutenant in the 4th/7th Dragoon Guards.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Sir Thomas Patrick Ulick John Harvey Blake, 15th Bt. was born on 18 March 1870.¹ He was the son of Sir Valentine Blake, 14th Bt. and Camilla Eugenia Combe.¹ He married Evelyn Winifred Stewart, daughter of Lewes Gower Stewart, on 8 July 1903. He died on 15 December 1925 at age 55.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Galway.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Garrison Artillery.¹ He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] on 24 July 1912.¹
