     Elizabeth Frances Brodrick Birdwood was the daughter of Captain Christopher William Brodrick Birdwood and Helen Bourdillon.¹ She married, firstly, John Eaton Nevill Russell, son of Major Leonard Russell, on 30 July 1935.¹ She and John Eaton Nevill Russell were divorced in 1946.¹ She married, secondly, Commander Christopher Michael Jacob, son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Lawrence Baldwin Jacob, on 20 December 1952.¹ She died on 17 November 2002.¹
     From 30 July 1935, her married name became Russell.¹ From 20 December 1952, her married name became Jacob.¹ In 1958 her name was legally changed to Russell.¹ Her marriage to Commander Christopher Michael Jacob was annulled in 1958.¹

     John Eaton Nevill Russell was the son of Major Leonard Russell.¹ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Frances Brodrick Birdwood, daughter of Captain Christopher William Brodrick Birdwood and Helen Bourdillon, on 30 July 1935.¹ He and Elizabeth Frances Brodrick Birdwood were divorced in 1946.¹ He married, secondly, Hersey Constance Grenfell, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Pascoe Grenfell and Adeline Octavia Lambart, on 2 August 1947.² He died on 15 July 1970.²
     He was also known as John Francis Nevill Russell.² He lived at Fairstow, West Byfleet, Surrey, England^G.²

     Major Leonard Russell lived at Gravesend, Kent, England^G, Gravesend.² He gained the rank of Major in the East Lancashire Regiment.¹

     Anthony John Nevill Russell was born on 4 February 1941.¹ He is the son of John Eaton Nevill Russell and Elizabeth Frances Brodrick Birdwood.¹ He married Julia Rosalind Boulton, daughter of Sir William Whytehead Boulton, 3rd Bt. and Margaret Elizabeth Hunter, on 24 July 1965.²
