     Sir Donald Geoffrey Bird, 3rd Bt. was born on 3 July 1906.¹ He was the son of Geoffrey Bird and Elsie Hilda Suckling.¹ He married Anne Rowena Chapman, daughter of Charles Chapman, on 24 April 1930. He died on 18 October 1963 at age 57.¹
     He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bird, of Solihull, co. Warwick [U.K., 1922] on 20 November 1960.¹

     Geoffrey Bird was born on 10 April 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir Alfred Frederic Bird, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Frances Evans.¹ He married Elsie Hilda Suckling, daughter of Edward Suckling, on 16 April 1902. He died on 1 August 1937 at age 59.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1931.¹

     Sir Alfred Frederic Bird, 1st Bt. was born on 27 July 1849.¹ He was the son of Alfred Bird and Elizabeth Lavinia Ragg.¹ He married Eleanor Frances Evans, daughter of Robert Lloyd Evans, on 4 December 1875. He died on 7 February 1922 at age 72, accidentally killed.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Warwickshire.¹ He was chairman of Alfred Bird & Sons, manufacturing chemists at Derltrend, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative Union) for West Wolverhampton between 1910 and 1922.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1920.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bird, of Solihull, co. Warwick [U.K.] on 27 January 1922.¹

     Sir Robert Bland Bird, 2nd Bt. was born on 20 September 1876.¹ He was the son of Sir Alfred Frederic Bird, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Frances Evans.¹ He married Edith Wilmhurst Challen, daughter of Stephen William Challen, on 23 July 1904.¹ He died on 20 November 1960 at age 84.¹
     He experimented with early types of automobiles and bicycles, as well early colour photography.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Wolverhampton between 1922 and 1929.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bird, of Solihull, co. Warwick [U.K., 1922] on 7 February 1922.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Wolverhampton between 1931 and 1945.¹ He was chairman of Alfred Bird & Sons, manufacturing chemists.¹ He was appointed Chevalier, Legion of Honour in 1947.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of Leopold of Belgium in 1951.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1954.¹

     Alfred Bird was born in 1811.¹ He married Elizabeth Lavinia Ragg, daughter of Richard Ragg. He died in 1878.¹

     From 4 December 1875, her married name became Bird.¹
