He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bickley, of Attilborough, co. Norfolk [E., 1661] in 1687.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Duke of Norfolk’s Regiment, in Ireland.1

He was the Rector between 1739 and 1754 at Attleborough, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bickley, of Attilborough, co. Norfolk [E., 1661] on 4 July 1746.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
