     Ella de Visme Thomas was the daughter of Richard Thomas.¹ She married Reverend Robert John Shaw, son of Reverend Robert William Shaw and Sophia Cornwall, on 17 April 1860.¹ She died on 17 July 1926.¹
     From 17 April 1860, her married name became Shaw.¹

     Richard Thomas lived at Eythorne, Kent, England^G.¹

     Robert Reginald Monson Shaw was born on 31 May 1861.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert John Shaw and Ella de Visme Thomas.¹ He died in 1885.¹

     Lewis Hugh de Visme Shaw was born on 26 August 1865.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert John Shaw and Ella de Visme Thomas.¹ He married Edith Mary Nelson, daughter of Captain John Smyth Nelson, on 30 April 1901.¹ He died on 11 June 1931 at age 65.¹

     Edith Mary Nelson was the daughter of Captain John Smyth Nelson.¹ She married Lewis Hugh de Visme Shaw, son of Reverend Robert John Shaw and Ella de Visme Thomas, on 30 April 1901.¹ She died on 16 September 1929.¹
     From 30 April 1901, her married name became Shaw.¹

     Captain John Smyth Nelson gained the rank of Captain in the 38th Staffordshire Regiment.¹

     John Monson de Visme Shaw was born on 20 January 1907.¹ He was the son of Lewis Hugh de Visme Shaw and Edith Mary Nelson.¹ He married Helen Doreen O’Callaghan, daughter of Charles O’Callaghan, in 1940.¹ He died on 15 December 1957 at age 50, without issue.¹

     Helen Doreen O’Callaghan is the daughter of Charles O’Callaghan.¹ She married John Monson de Visme Shaw, son of Lewis Hugh de Visme Shaw and Edith Mary Nelson, in 1940.¹
     From 1940, her married name became Shaw.¹

     Charles O’Callaghan gained the rank of officer in the 19th Hussars.¹
