     Terence Daniel O’Leary was born on 18 August 1928.² He was the son of Daniel O’Leary and Mary Duggan.^1,2 He married Janet Douglas Berney, daughter of Hugh Barton Berney and Lillian Irene Grigor, in 1960.¹ He died on 11 July 2006 at age 77.²
     He was in the Diplomatic Service.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹
