Charlotte Matilda Hulse was born in 1765.3 She was the daughter of Sir Edward Hulse, 2nd Bt. and Hannah Vanderplank.1,4 She married Sir Thomas Bernard, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Francis Bernard, 1st Bt. and Amelia Offley, on 15 June 1815 at St. George’s Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 20 July 1846.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in August 1846.1
From 15 June 1815, her married name became Bernard.1
