     Her married name became Stanley. After her marriage, Lady Alice Maude Olivia Montagu was styled as Countess of Derby on 14 July 1908. She held the office of Extra lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Alexandra.¹ She was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She was appointed Dame of Justice, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.J.St.J.)¹

     Colonel Rt. Hon. Oliver Frederick George Stanley was born on 4 May 1896.¹ He was the son of Edward George Villiers Stanley, 17th Earl of Derby and Lady Alice Maude Olivia Montagu.¹ He married Lady Maureen Helen Vane-Tempest-Stewart, daughter of Charles Stewart Henry Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry and Hon. Edith Helen Chaplin, on 4 November 1920.¹ He died on 10 December 1950 at age 54.¹

Edith Helen Chaplin.^1,2 She married Colonel Rt. Hon. Oliver Frederick George Stanley, son of Edward George Villiers Stanley, 17th Earl of Derby and Lady Alice Maude Olivia Montagu, on 4 November 1920.¹ She died on 20 June 1942 at age 41.¹
     Her married name became Stanley. She held the office of Member of the Westmorland County Council.²

     Charles Stewart Henry Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry was born on 13 May 1878.¹ He was the son of Charles Stewart Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 6th Marquess of Londonderry and Lady Theresa Susey Helen Chetwynd-Talbot.¹ He married Hon. Edith Helen Chaplin, daughter of Henry Chaplin, 1st Viscount Chaplin and Lady Florence Sutherland-Leveson-Gower, on 28 November 1899.¹ He died on 11 February 1949 at age 70.¹

Hon. Neil James Archibald Primrose, son of Archibald Philip Primrose, 5th Earl of Rosebery and Hannah de Rothschild, on 7 April 1915.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Harold Malcolm Bullock, 1st and last Bt. on 10 June 1919.¹ She died on 26 November 1927 at age 35, from a hunting accident.¹
     From 7 April 1915, her married name became Primrose. From 10 June 1919, her married name became Bullock.

     Rt. Hon. Neil James Archibald Primrose was born on 14 December 1882.³ He was the son of Archibald Philip Primrose, 5th Earl of Rosebery and Hannah de Rothschild.^1,3 He married Lady Victoria Alice Louise Stanley, daughter of Edward George Villiers Stanley, 17th Earl of Derby and Lady Alice Maude Olivia Montagu, on 7 April 1915.¹ He died on 18 November 1917 at age 34, from wounds received in action.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
