     Percy Barlow was born on 11 July 1867.¹ He was the son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott.¹ He married Clara Frances Midelton, daughter of William Staple Lee Midelton, on 12 April 1892.¹ He died on 18 June 1931 at age 63.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1892 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bedford between 1906 and 1910.¹ He was deputy chairman of the Willesden Division of the Petty Sessions in 1921.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Middlesex in 1927.¹ He lived at Torkington House, Acton, London, England^G.¹ He lived at Morden House, Littlestone, Kent, England^G.¹

     Clara Frances Midelton was the daughter of William Staple Lee Midelton.¹ She married Percy Barlow, son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott, on 12 April 1892.¹ She died on 12 March 1940.¹
     From 12 April 1892, her married name became Barlow.¹

     William Staple Lee Midelton lived at Somerset, England^G.¹

     Lionel Barlow was born on 18 July 1864.¹ He was the son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott.¹ He married Margaret Alice Shuter, daughter of William Shuter, on 8 May 1889.¹ He died on 31 October 1901 at age 37, without issue.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹ He lived at Prior’s Court, Newbury, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Margaret Alice Shuter was the daughter of William Shuter.¹ She married Lionel Barlow, son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott, on 8 May 1889.¹ She died in 1919.¹
     From 8 May 1889, her married name became Barlow.¹

     Christopher Neild Barlow was born on 25 November 1893.¹ He was the son of Percy Barlow and Clara Frances Midelton.¹ He married Hon. Dorothy Emmott, daughter of Alfred Emmott, 1st and last Baron Emmott and Mary Gertrude Lees, on 29 January 1920.¹ He died on 10 March 1964 at age 70.¹
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹

     Hon. Dorothy Emmott was born on 14 January 1890.² She was the daughter of Alfred Emmott, 1st and last Baron Emmott and Mary Gertrude Lees.^1,2 She married Christopher Neild Barlow, son of Percy Barlow and Clara Frances Midelton, on 29 January 1920.¹
     From 29 January 1920, her married name became Barlow.¹ She lived at Milcombe House, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Christopher Edward Emmott Barlow was born on 26 August 1922.¹ He is the son of Christopher Neild Barlow and Hon. Dorothy Emmott.¹ He married Marea Hughes, daughter of Eric Hughes, on 27 March 1957.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Signals.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He adopted David Michael Barlow. He adopted Anne Louise Barlow.
