Sir Philip Darcy, 1st Lord Darcy1 
On 9 February 1295/96 he had livery of his father’s lands.2 He was created 1st Lord Darcy [England by writ] on 29 December 1299.2 He held the office of Constable of Durham Castle in 1301.2 He was appointed Knight Banneret before 16 March 1321/22.2 He fought in the Battle of Boroughbridge on 16 March 1321/22, where he was taken prisoner by King Edward II’s forces.2 He lived at Cawkwell, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Coningsby, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1
