William Burrard1

     William Burrard was born in 1795.1 He was the son of General Sir Harry Burrard, 1st Bt. and Hannah Darby.1 He died in 1813, killed in action.1
     He fought in the storming of San Sebastian, where he volunteered to be part of the ‘Forlorn Hope’, the leading assault party.1
