     He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 31 March 1901 in the Royal Navy.² He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Mary Alice Crozier was born circa 1855 at Nellore, India^G.^2,1 She was the daughter of Frank Henry Crozier and Harriet Burrard.² She married William Fraser Biscoe.² She died on 16 April 1921.¹
     Her married name became Biscoe.²

     From 15 August 1866, her married name became Dashwood.

     Reverend Robert Lewes Dashwood was born on 9 February 1840.¹ He was the son of Reverend Samuel Vere Dashwood and Caroline Hammond.² He married Edith Theresa Cooper, daughter of Rowland Edward Cooper and Theresa Burrard, on 15 August 1866.¹ He died on 23 June 1912 at age 72.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Sidney Lewes Dashwood was born on 25 November 1882.¹ He was the son of Reverend Robert Lewes Dashwood and Edith Theresa Cooper.² He married Joan Burrard, daughter of Sir Sidney Gerald Burrard, 7th Bt. and Gertrude Ellen Haig, on 19 April 1922.¹ He died on 25 December 1966 at age 84.¹
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers (Territorial Army) and Royal Air Force.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1918.¹
