     Susan Elizabeth Agnew was born on 30 September 1930.¹ She was the daughter of Commander Hugh Ladas Agnew and Mary Violet Maud Davies.¹ She married Robert Edward Michael Momber, son of Robert Marie Stephen Momber and Irene G. la C. Strong, on 24 April 1954.¹ She died in 1979 at Surrey, England^G.²
     From 24 April 1954, her married name became Momber.¹

     Robert Edward Michael Momber was born in 1925 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.² He is the son of Robert Marie Stephen Momber and Irene G. la C. Strong.^1,2 He married Susan Elizabeth Agnew, daughter of Commander Hugh Ladas Agnew and Mary Violet Maud Davies, on 24 April 1954.¹
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Robert Marie Stephen Momber was born on 25 November 1883.² He was the son of Frederick Robert Ernest Momber and Marie Laure Eugènie Ardoin.² He married Irene G. la C. Strong in 1917 at Tonbridge, Kent, England^G.² He died in 1977 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.²

     Adrian Michael Momber was born on 27 March 1958.¹ He is the son of Robert Edward Michael Momber and Susan Elizabeth Agnew.¹

     Gwendolen Ford Low Smith was the daughter of Ernest Albert Smith.¹ She married Commander Hugh Ladas Agnew, son of Charles Morland Agnew and Evelyn Mary Naylor, on 28 April 1934.¹ She died on 11 September 1975.¹
     From 28 April 1934, her married name became Agnew.¹

     Vice-Admiral Sir William Gladstone Agnew was born on 2 December 1898.¹ He was the son of Charles Morland Agnew and Evelyn Mary Naylor.¹ He married Patricia Caroline Bewley, daughter of Colonel Alfred William Bewley and Jean Knox Woods, on 24 April 1930.¹ He died on 12 July 1960 at age 61, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1941.¹ He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1944 and bar.¹ He was commander of the H.M.S. Vanguard during its royal tour of South Africa in 1947.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1947.¹ He was awarded the Commander, Order of Orange-Nassau in 1948.¹ He was General-Secretary of the National Playing Fields Association between 1950 and 1953.¹ He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.³
     

     Patricia Caroline Bewley was born on 4 September 1907.² She was the daughter of Colonel Alfred William Bewley and Jean Knox Woods.^1,2 She married Vice-Admiral Sir William Gladstone Agnew, son of Charles Morland Agnew and Evelyn Mary Naylor, on 24 April 1930.¹ She died on 23 August 1977 at age 69.¹
     From 24 April 1930, her married name became Agnew.¹
