     Captain Charles Gerald Gordon was born on 15 October 1868.¹ He was the son of Colonel Charles Vincent Gordon and Francis Edith Olliver.¹ He died on 28 November 1905 at age 37, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the East Surrey Regiment.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902.¹

     Major Geoffrey Seton Gordon was born on 2 November 1880.¹ He was the son of Colonel Charles Vincent Gordon and Francis Edith Olliver.¹ He married Ivy Freda Elgin Forteath, daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick William Hughes Forteath, on 6 October 1914.¹ He and Ivy Freda Elgin Forteath were divorced.¹ He died on 25 September 1925 at age 44.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 14th (Prince of Wales Own) Scinde Horse.¹

     Ivy Freda Elgin Forteath is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Frederick William Hughes Forteath.¹ She married Major Geoffrey Seton Gordon, son of Colonel Charles Vincent Gordon and Francis Edith Olliver, on 6 October 1914.¹ She and Major Geoffrey Seton Gordon were divorced.¹
     From 6 October 1914, her married name became Gordon.¹

     Lt.-Col. Frederick William Hughes Forteath gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.¹

     Robin Olliver Gordon was born on 28 July 1915.¹ He was the son of Major Geoffrey Seton Gordon and Ivy Freda Elgin Forteath.¹ He died on 13 October 1967 at age 52.¹

     Douglas Martyn Gordon was born on 9 August 1917.¹ He is the son of Major Geoffrey Seton Gordon and Ivy Freda Elgin Forteath.¹

     John Edmund Gordon was born on 9 June 1887.¹ He was the son of Colonel Charles Vincent Gordon and Francis Edith Olliver.¹ He married, firstly, Janet Claude Lee, daughter of Lennox Bertram Lee and Edith Gertrude Maclellan, on 28 June 1922.¹ He and Janet Claude Lee were divorced before 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Emma Florence Howard, daughter of Reverend John Edward Howard, on 19 May 1937.¹ He died on 2 August 1942 at age 55, while on active service.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1918.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He lived at Kingston Manor, Kingston, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Janet Claude Lee was born on 17 July 1896.² She was the daughter of Lennox Bertram Lee and Edith Gertrude Maclellan.^1,2 She married John Edmund Gordon, son of Colonel Charles Vincent Gordon and Francis Edith Olliver, on 28 June 1922.¹ She and John Edmund Gordon were divorced before 1937.¹
     From 28 June 1922, her married name became Gordon.¹
