     Barbara Faunt is the daughter of Antony Faunt and Elizabeth Noell.^1,2 She married, firstly, Sir Henry Beaumont, son of Francis Beaumont and Anne Pierrepont, circa 1604.^1,2 She married, secondly, Sir Henry Harpur, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Harpur, after 1605.¹
     From circa 1604, her married name became Beaumont.¹ From after 1605, her married name became Harpur.¹

     William Rowley is the son of Hugh Rowley.¹

     Sir Henry Harpur, 1st Bt. was born at Calke^G.² He was the son of Sir John Harpur. He married Barbara Faunt, daughter of Antony Faunt and Elizabeth Noell, after 1605.¹
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Harpur.¹

     Barbara Beaumont was born posthumously in September 1605.² She was the daughter of Sir Henry Beaumont and Barbara Faunt.¹ She married, firstly, John Harpur, son of Sir Richard Harpur.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Wolstan Dixie, 1st Bt., son of Sir Wolstan Dixie and Frances Beaumont, in 1629.¹ She died circa 28 December 1666.¹ She was buried on 31 December 1666.³
     Her married name became Harpur.¹ From 1629, her married name became Dixie.¹

     John Harpur was the son of Sir Richard Harpur. He married Barbara Beaumont, daughter of Sir Henry Beaumont and Barbara Faunt.¹
     He lived at Swarkeston, Derbyshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Wolstan Dixie, 1st Bt. was the son of Sir Wolstan Dixie and Frances Beaumont.^2,3 He married, firstly, Barbara Beaumont, daughter of Sir Henry Beaumont and Barbara Faunt, in 1629.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Haslerig, daughter of Edward Haslerig, on 1 September 1670.⁴ He died on 13 February 1681/82.³
     In 1641 he zealously guarded the royal cause at the breaking out of the rebellion, and was presented with a warrant for a baronetcy by the King, but the patent did not pass the Great Seal until after the Restoration.³ He was created 1st Baronet Dixie, of Market Bosworth, co. Leicester [England] on 14 July 1660.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire from 1661 to 1662.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dundalk from 1661 to 1666.³

     Sir John Beaumont, 1st Bt. was born circa 1582.¹ He was the son of Francis Beaumont and Anne Pierrepont.¹ He married Elizabeth Fortescue, daughter of John Fortescue.¹ He died circa April 1627.¹ He was buried on 19 April 1627 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England^G.² He died intestate and his estate was administered on 3 January 1628/29.²
     He matriculated at Broadgates Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 4 February 1596/97.² He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1598.² He was a poet.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Beaumont, of Gracedieu [in Belton], co. Leicester [England] on 31 January 1626/27.²

     Elizabeth Fortescue was the daughter of John Fortescue.¹ She married Sir John Beaumont, 1st Bt., son of Francis Beaumont and Anne Pierrepont.¹ She died after 16 April 1652.²
     Her married name became Beaumont.¹
