Ivan IV ‘the Terrible’, Tsar of Russia was born in 1530.1 He was the son of Basil III, Grand Duke of Moscow and Helen Glinski.1 He married, firstly, Anastasia Romanovna Zakharyina-Yurieva, daughter of Roman Yurievich Zahar’in and Juliana Theodorovna Karpov, in 1547.2 He married, secondly, Mary of Kabardia, daughter of Temruk of Kabardia , Prince of Kabardia, in 1561.2 He married, thirdly, Martha Sobakina, daughter of Vasiliy Sobakin, in 1571.2 He married, fourthly, Anne Koltovska, daughter of Alexis Koltovski, in 1572.2 He and Anne Koltovska were divorced in 1575.2 He married, fifthly, Anne Vasilchikova in 1575.2 He and Anne Vasilchikova were divorced in 1576.2 He married, sixthly, Basilia Malentieva in 1576.2 He and Basilia Malentieva were divorced in 1577.2 He married Mary Nagoi, daughter of Theodore Nagoi, in 1580.2 He died in 1584.1
He succeeded as the Grand Duke Ivan IV of Moscow in 1533.2 He was created Tsar Ivan IV of Russia in 1547.2
