He died on 3 September 1874 at age 70.1

     Boleslaw V, Duke of Cracow was born in 1226.1 He was the son of Leszek I, Duke of Cracow and Grzymislawa of Luck.1 He married Kunigarde Arpád, daughter of Béla IV Arpád, King of Hungary and Maria Laskaris, in 1239.2 He died in 1279.1
     He was a member of the House of Piast.3 Boleslaw V, Duke of Cracow also went by the nick-name of Boleslaw ‘the Chaste’.3 He gained the title of Duke of Cracow in 1243.3
