     Georg Karl Friedrich Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg was born on 24 July 1796 at Hildburghausen, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg and Charlotte Georgine Luise Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Strelitz.¹ He married Marie Luise Friederike Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, daughter of Friedrich Ludwig Erbgroßherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Elena Pavlovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia, on 7 October 1825.¹ He died on 3 August 1853 at age 57.
     He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg.¹

     Marie Luise Friederike Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin was born on 31 March 1803.¹ She was the daughter of Friedrich Ludwig Erbgroßherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Elena Pavlovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia.¹ She married Georg Karl Friedrich Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg, son of Friedrich Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg and Charlotte Georgine Luise Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Strelitz, on 7 October 1825.¹ She died on 26 October 1862 at age 59 at Meiningen, Thüringen, Germany^G.¹
     She gained the title of Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.¹ After her marriage, Marie Luise Friederike Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin was styled as Herzogin von Sachsen-Altenburg on 7 October 1825.

     Joanna Grudna-Grudzinska, Princess Lowicz was born on 29 September 1799.¹ She was the daughter of Anton Grudna-Grudzinski, Prince Lowicz.¹ She married Konstantin Pavlovich Romanov, Grand Duke of Russia, son of Pavel I Petrovich Romanov, Tsar of Russia and Sophia Dorothea Prinzessin von Württemberg, on 24 May 1820.¹ She died on 29 November 1831 at age 32.¹
     She gained the title of Princess Joanna Lowicz.¹ After her marriage, Joanna Grudna-Grudzinska, Princess Lowicz was styled as Countess Grudsinska on 24 May 1820.¹

     Albrecht Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg was born on 31 October 1827 at Hildburghausen, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Georg Karl Friedrich Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg and Marie Luise Friederike Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.¹ He died on 28 May 1835 at age 7.¹
     He gained the title of Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg.¹

     Marie Anne Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg was born on 14 March 1864 at Altenburg, Germany^G. She was the daughter of Moritz Franz Friedrich Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg and Auguste Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen.¹ She married Stephan Albecht Georg Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe, son of Adolf Georg Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Hermine Prinzessin zu Waldeck und Pyrmont, on 16 April 1882 at Altenburg, Germany^G. She died on 3 May 1918 at age 54.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg.¹

     Stephan Albecht Georg Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe was born on 10 October 1846 at Schloss Bückeburg, Niedersachsen, Germany. He was the son of Adolf Georg Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Hermine Prinzessin zu Waldeck und Pyrmont. He married Marie Anne Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg, daughter of Moritz Franz Friedrich Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg and Auguste Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen, on 16 April 1882 at Altenburg, Germany^G. He died on 29 April 1911 at age 64 at Schloss Bückeburg, Niedersachsen, Germany.
     Stephan Albecht Georg Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe usually went by his middle name of Georg.

     Maria Martha Triebel was born on 16 October 1893 at Walterskirchen, Thuringe, Austria^G.¹ She married Ernst II Bernhard Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg, son of Moritz Franz Friedrich Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg and Auguste Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen, on 15 July 1934 at Schloss Fröhliche Wiederkunft, Neustadt, Germany^G, in a morganatic marriage.¹ She died on 28 February 1955 at age 61 at Wolfersdorf, Germany^G.
     After her marriage, Maria Martha Triebel was styled as Gräfin von Rieseneck on 9 July 1934.¹

     Georg Moritz Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg was born on 13 May 1900 at Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Ernst II Bernhard Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg and Friederike Adelheid Marie Luise Hilda Eugenie Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe.¹ He died on 13 February 1991 at age 90 at Rendsburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G.
