Lady Anne Hamilton was born in November 1738.1 She was the daughter of James Hamilton, 5th Duke of Hamilton and Anne Spencer.1 She married Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall, son of Hon. John Chichester and Elizabeth Newdigate, on 11 November 1761 at Easton, Suffolk, EnglandG.1,3 She died on 11 November 1780.1
After her marriage, Lady Anne Hamilton was styled as Countess of Donegall on 11 November 1761. From 11 November 1761, her married name became Chichester.

Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall1

Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall was born on 13 June 1739.3 He was the son of Hon. John Chichester and Elizabeth Newdigate.4 He married, firstly, Lady Anne Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, 5th Duke of Hamilton and Anne Spencer, on 11 November 1761 at Easton, Suffolk, EnglandG.1,4 He married, secondly, Charlotte Spencer, daughter of Conway Spencer, on 24 October 1788.5 He married, thirdly, Barbara Godfrey, daughter of Reverend Luke Godfrey and Mary Cope, on 12 October 1790.5 He died on 5 January 1799 at age 59.5
He succeeded as the 6th Baron Chichester of Belfast, co. Antrim [I., 1625] on 30 September 1757.3 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Chichester of Carrickfergus, co. Antrim [I., 1625] on 30 September 1757.3 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Donegall [I., 1647] on 30 September 1757.3 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1766.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Malmesbury between 1768 and 1774.3 He was created 1st Baron Fisherwick, co. Stafford [Great Britain] on 3 July 1790.3 He was created 1st Marquess of Donegall [Ireland] on 4 July 1791.3 He was created 1st Earl of Belfast [Ireland] on 4 July 1791.3

Frances Hawes1
From 30 April 1733, her married name became Hamilton. From 19 May 1735, her married name became Vane. After her marriage, Frances Hawes was styled as Viscountess Vane on 19 May 1735. In 1736 she left her second husband in Paris,and eloped with a Mr. Shirley to Brussels.2

He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 12 October 1730.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Vane of Dungannon, co. Tyrone [I., 1720] on 20 May 1734.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Vane [I., 1720] on 20 May 1734.2
On his death, his titles became extinct.2 He was well-known for his various eccentricities, and for his wife’s reckless extravagence, which nearly ruined him.2
