     Wilhelm Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld was born on 1 March 1905 at Rotenburg, Germany^G.² He was the son of Chlodwig Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and Karoline Prinzessin von Solms-Hohensolms-Lich.² He married Marianne Prinzessin von Preußen, daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Prinz von Preußen and Agathe Prinzessin zu Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst, on 30 January 1933 at Tabarz, Germany^G.² He died on 30 April 1942 at age 37 at Byeloy, Wyasmar, Russia^G, killed in action.²
     He gained the title of Prinz von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld.¹ He gained the title of Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld.² He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1942.²

     Elisabeth Prinzessin von Preußen was born on 9 February 1919 at Rauden, Germany^G. She was the daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Prinz von Preußen and Agathe Prinzessin zu Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst.¹ She married Heinz Mees on 5 August 1948. She died on 24 August 1961 at age 42.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Preußen.¹ From 5 August 1948, her married name became Mees.

     Heinz Mees was born on 6 April 1918. He married Elisabeth Prinzessin von Preußen, daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Prinz von Preußen and Agathe Prinzessin zu Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst, on 5 August 1948.

     Marie Friederike Prinzessin von Hessen-Kassel was born on 14 September 1768. She was the daughter of Wilhelm I (IX) Kurfürst von Hessen-Kassel and Wilhelmina Caroline Oldenburg, Princess of Denmark. She married Alexis Friedrich Christian Herzog von Anhalt-Bernburg, son of Friedrich Albrecht Prinz von Anhalt-Bernburg and Luise Prinzessin von Holstein-Plön, on 29 November 1794. She and Alexis Friedrich Christian Herzog von Anhalt-Bernburg were separated in August 1817. She died on 17 April 1839 at age 70.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Hessen-Kassel.²

     Alexander Prinz von Preußen was born on 21 June 1820.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig Prinz von Preußen and Wilhelmine Luise Prinzessin von Anhalt-Bernburg.¹ He died on 4 January 1896 at age 75.¹
     He gained the title of Prinz von Preußen.¹

     Georg Prinz von Preußen was born on 12 February 1826 at Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfahlen, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig Prinz von Preußen and Wilhelmine Luise Prinzessin von Anhalt-Bernburg.¹ He died on 2 May 1902 at age 76.¹
     He gained the title of Prinz von Preußen.¹

     unnamed daughter von Hohenzollern was born on 3 November 1806.¹ She was the daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Prinz von Preußen and Marie Anne Prinzessin von Hessen-Homburg.¹ She died on 14 November 1806.¹

     unnamed son von Hohenzollern was born on 30 August 1809 at Königsberg, Prussia, Russia^G.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Prinz von Preußen and Marie Anne Prinzessin von Hessen-Homburg.¹ He died on 30 August 1809 at Königsberg, Prussia, Russia^G.¹

     Therese Elssler was born on 5 April 1808.¹ She married Heinrich Wilhelm Adalbert Prinz Admiral von Preußen, son of Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Prinz von Preußen and Marie Anne Prinzessin von Hessen-Homburg, on 20 April 1850.¹ She died on 27 November 1884 at age 76 at Meran, Austria^G.¹
     Therese Elssler also went by the nick-name of Fanny.

     Friedrich Wilhelm Tassilo Prinz von Preußen was born on 15 November 1813.¹ He was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Prinz von Preußen and Marie Anne Prinzessin von Hessen-Homburg.¹ He died on 9 January 1814.¹
     He gained the title of Prinz von Preußen.¹
