Eustace Sutherland Campbell Percy, 1st and last Baron Percy of Newcastle was born on 21 March 1887.1 He was the son of Henry George Percy, 7th Duke of Northumberland and Lady Edith Campbell.1,3 He married Stella Katherine Drummond, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Laurence George Drummond and Katherine Mary Antrobus, on 4 December 1918.1 He died on 3 April 1958 at age 71.1

Sussex [U.K.] on 12 February 1953.1 He wrote the book The Heresy of Democracy, published 1954.4 He wrote the book Some Memories, published 1958.4
His barony became extinct on his death.1
