     Reverend George Le Strange Amphlett was baptised on 11 October 1868 at St. Mary, Enville, Staffordshire, England.2 He was the son of Charles Amphlett and Lucy Beatrice Dew.2 He married Blanche Katherine Adine Coventry, daughter of Reverend Henry William Coventry and Leila Louisa Colquitt-Craven, on 6 January 1904.1 He died on 12 September 1944 at age 75.1
     He lived at Four Ashes Hall, Stourbridge, Worcestershire, EnglandG.

She married, secondly, Captain Donald Grant Macleod, son of Kenneth Grant Macleod, on 19 December 1947. She and Captain Donald Grant Macleod were divorced in 1955. She died on 7 April 1999 at age 90.1
     From 9 July 1931, her married name became Ingram. From 19 December 1947, her married name became Macleod.
