     Hon. Sir Richard McBride was born on 15 December 1870 at New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada^G.¹ He was the son of Arthur Hill McBride and Mary D’Arcy.¹ He married Christine Margaret McGillivray.¹ He died on 16 August 1917 at age 46 at London, England^G.¹
     He was appointed King’s Counsel (K.C.)² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)² He held the office of Premier of British Columbia between 1903 and 1916. He had five other children.¹

     John Francis Alexander Hood was born on 8 December 1935.¹ He is the son of Francis Basil Hood and Catherine Anna McBride.² He married Barbara Anne Turner, daughter of Cyril Cuthbert Turner, on 9 November 1963.¹
     He lived in 2003 at 4533 46B Street, Delta, British Columbia, Canada^G.¹

     Peter Neville Hood was born on 4 September 1913.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Neville Albert Hood and Eveline Mary Broad.² He married Nancy Warrington Haward, daughter of Tristram Warrington Haward, on 7 November 1936.¹ He died on 25 April 1969 at age 55.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was awarded the U.S. Legion Merit.¹

     Nancy Warrington Haward was the daughter of Tristram Warrington Haward.² She married Peter Neville Hood, son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Neville Albert Hood and Eveline Mary Broad, on 7 November 1936.¹ She died on 5 April 1968.¹
     Her married name became Hood.

     Tristram Warrington Haward died before 1963.
     He lived at Abbey Lands, Alnwick, Northumberland, England.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Grove House, West Derby, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.

     Sally Penelope Hood was born on 23 July 1937.¹ She is the daughter of Peter Neville Hood and Nancy Warrington Haward.² She married Edward Martin Amphlett Thompson, son of Sir Edward Walter Thompson and Anne Elizabeth Amphlett, on 18 April 1959.¹
     Her married name became Thompson. She lived in 2003 at The Bolthole, Tuckhill, Six Ashes, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Edward Martin Amphlett Thompson is the son of Sir Edward Walter Thompson and Anne Elizabeth Amphlett.² He married Sally Penelope Hood, daughter of Peter Neville Hood and Nancy Warrington Haward, on 18 April 1959.¹

     Sir Edward Walter Thompson was born on 11 June 1902. He is the son of Albert E. Thompson and Mary (?) He married Anne Elizabeth Amphlett, daughter of Reverend George Le Strange Amphlett and Blanche Katherine Adine Coventry, in 1930.
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Gatacre Park, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, England^G.

     Stephen Peter Thompson was born on 18 April 1960.¹ He is the son of Edward Martin Amphlett Thompson and Sally Penelope Hood.²

     Anne Elizabeth Amphlett is the daughter of Reverend George Le Strange Amphlett and Blanche Katherine Adine Coventry. She married Sir Edward Walter Thompson, son of Albert E. Thompson and Mary (?), in 1930.
     Her married name became Thompson.
