He married Anne Greville, daughter of Robert Greville, 4th Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court and Anne Dodington, on 6 January 1684/85.1 He died on 17 September 1690.1
     He gained the title of 4th Earl of Kingston-upon-Hull.

     He and Daines Barrington Snow emigrated to Australia arriving on 1905 on board Gothic.1 He gained the rank of Private in the 1st Battalion, Australian Imperial Forces.1 He fought in the First World War.1
