Rowland Leycester Mainwaring1 
Rowland Leycester Mainwaring was born on 3 June 1845 at Over Peover, Cheshire, England.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Mainwaring, 2nd Bt. and Emma Tatton.1 He married Elizabeth Sexey, daughter of Charles Eamer Sexey and Rihi Tahuti, on 21 July 1920 at Te Awamutu, New Zealand.1 He died on 24 October 1924 at age 79 at Kihikihi, Waikato, New Zealand.1

Elizabeth Sexey1 
Elizabeth Sexey was baptised on 26 March 1848 at Te Awamutu, New Zealand.1 She was the daughter of Charles Eamer Sexey and Rihi Tahuti.1 She married, firstly, Te Whareiti Rapata on 27 October 1862 at Kihikihi, Waikato, New Zealand.1 She married, secondly, Rowland Leycester Mainwaring, son of Sir Henry Mainwaring, 2nd Bt. and Emma Tatton, on 21 July 1920 at Te Awamutu, New Zealand.1 She died on 20 July 1935 at age 87 at Kihikihi, Waikato, New Zealand.1
From 27 October 1862, her married name became Rapata.1 From 21 July 1920, her married name became Mainwaring.1
