     From before 1556, her married name became Goodman.¹ From after 4 October 1556, her married name became Mostyn.¹

     William Goodman married Margaret Brereton, daughter of Sir William Brereton and Jane Warburton, before 1556.¹ He died before 1556.¹
     He held the office of Alderman of Chester.¹

     Catherine Mostyn was the daughter of Piers Mostyn.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Rhys Griffith before 1582.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Mostyn, son of William Mostyn and Margaret ‘Wen’ ferch Robert, after 6 February 1581/82.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From before 1582, her married name became Griffith.¹

     Sir Rhys Griffith married Catherine Mostyn, daughter of Piers Mostyn, before 1582.¹ He died before 1582.¹
     He lived at Penrhyn, Caernarvonshire, Wales.¹
