     Walter Biddulph was born circa 1699.¹ He died on 20 August 1775.¹

     Samuel Pipe was born on 17 July 1719.¹ He married Dorothy Wolferstan.¹ He died on 15 February 1779 at age 59.¹

     Dorothy Wolferstan was born on 26 May 1715.¹ She married Samuel Pipe.¹ She died on 26 October 1754 at age 39.¹

     Annie Lavinia Rainforth was born in 1888 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹ She was the daughter of George Rainforth and Beatrice Wynne.¹ She married Clive Ronald Pipe-Wolferstan, son of Lt.-Col. Hercy Pipe-Wolferstan and Blanche Ellen Nelson, at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.¹
     Her married name became Pipe-Wolferstan.¹

     Douglas Hercy Pipe-Wolferstan was born on 19 April 1913 at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.^1,2 He was the son of Clive Ronald Pipe-Wolferstan and Annie Lavinia Rainforth.¹ He died on 22 July 1944 at age 31, killed in action.³ He was buried at Beny-sur-Mer Canadian War Cemetery, Reviers, France.³
     He fought in the Second World War.³ He gained the rank of Lance Sergeant in the 14th Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery.³

     George Rainforth was born in 1866 at Batley, Yorkshire, England.¹ He married Beatrice Wynne in 1888 at Toxteth Park, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹
