     Mavis Tuke was born in 1899 at Waipukurau, New Zealand.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Tuke.3 She married Lyulph Thomas Tollemache, son of Lyulph Ydwallo Odin Nestor Egbert Lyonel Toedmag Hugh Erchenwyne Saxon Esa Cromwell Orma Nevill Dysart Plantagenet Tollemache and Winifred Frances Anderson, in 1923 at New Zealand.1,2 She and Lyulph Thomas Tollemache were divorced in 1943.1 She died on 2 August 1978 at Auckland, New Zealand.2
     From 1923, her married name became Tollemache.

     Lyulph Hugh Tuke Tollemache usually went by his middle name of Hugh.4 He was registered as a Member, Chartered Sociey of Physiotherapy (M.C.S.P.)1
