     Sir Henry Upton Stephenson, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 November 1926.¹ He is the son of Sir Henry Francis Blake Stephenson, 2nd Bt. and Joan Upton.² He married Susan Diana Ruth Clowes, daughter of John Ernest Clowes and June Darby Philips, on 19 May 1962.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Queen’s Own Yorkshire Dragoons.¹ He was director of Stephenson Blake (Holdings) Ltd, and Thos Turton and Sons Ltd.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Derbyshire in 1975.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Stephenson, of Hassop Hall, co. Derby [U.K., 1936] in 1982.² He lived in 2003 at Tissington Cottage, Rowland, Bakewell, Derbyshire, England.¹

     Susan Diana Ruth Clowes is the daughter of John Ernest Clowes and June Darby Philips.² She married Sir Henry Upton Stephenson, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Henry Francis Blake Stephenson, 2nd Bt. and Joan Upton, on 19 May 1962.¹
     From 19 May 1962, her married name became Stephenson.

     Fiona Kathleen Stephenson was born on 2 April 1964.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Henry Upton Stephenson, 3rd Bt. and Susan Diana Ruth Clowes.²

     Annabel Mary Stephenson was born on 9 August 1965.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Henry Upton Stephenson, 3rd Bt. and Susan Diana Ruth Clowes.²

     Emma Frances Stephenson was born on 14 February 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Henry Upton Stephenson, 3rd Bt. and Susan Diana Ruth Clowes.²
