     From 27 December 1961, her married name became Daniel.¹ She lived at The White House, 56 Lark Lane, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹

     David Evan Daniel is the son of Herbert McWilliam Daniel.¹ He married Anne Devereux Pile, daughter of Major Walter Devereux Pile and Margaret Lucy Bonner, on 27 December 1961.¹

     Cyril John Pile was born on 27 May 1897.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Devereux Pile, 1st Bt. and Caroline Maude Nicholson.² He died on 29 April 1917 at age 19, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Eileen Maud Pile was born on 23 March 1883.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Devereux Pile, 1st Bt. and Caroline Maude Nicholson.² She married Captain Ronald Devereux Carty, son of William Carty, on 7 January 1919.¹ She died on 8 November 1959 at age 76.¹
     From 7 January 1919, her married name became Carty.¹

     William Carty lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Captain Ronald Devereux Carty is the son of William Carty.² He married Eileen Maud Pile, daughter of Sir Thomas Devereux Pile, 1st Bt. and Caroline Maude Nicholson, on 7 January 1919.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Army Service Corps.¹

     Stewart Collins was born circa 1893 at Bermuda.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Bury Collins and Ethelred St. Barbe.¹

     Frederick William Luby was born on 12 December 1855.¹ He was the son of Reverend Thomas Luby and Jane Rathborne.¹

     Vera Millicent Lloyd was born on 28 August 1891.² She was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Frederick Charles Lloyd.³ She married Sir Frederick Alfred Pile, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Devereux Pile, 1st Bt. and Caroline Maude Nicholson, on 9 January 1915.¹ She and Sir Frederick Alfred Pile, 2nd Bt. were divorced in 1929.¹ She married Major Sir John Frederick Ferguson, son of Major F. E. Ferguson, on 24 August 1929 at London, England.² She died on 28 October 1976 at age 85 at Pirbright, Surrey, England.²
     From 9 January 1915, her married name became Pile.¹ From 24 August 1929, her married name became Ferguson.²

     Sir John Devereux Pile was born on 5 June 1918.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Alfred Pile, 2nd Bt. and Vera Millicent Lloyd.² He married Katharine Mary Shafe, daughter of Austin George Shafe, on 15 September 1946.¹ He died on 13 December 1982 at age 64.¹
     He was educated at Weymouth College, Weymouth, Dorset, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1939 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery (Territorial Army.)¹ He was director of Imperial Tobacco in 1973.¹ He was director of the Tobacco Securities Trust.¹
