David Bruce and Jennet Rawstorne, on 6 October 1967.1 He died in 1983.1
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1
