In the name of god Amen; the xxijth day of December in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand sixe hundred and thirteene I Thomas Procter of the blackbanke in Bordley in the dioces of Yorke, sicke in body nevertheles of a good & pfecte memory I doe give you thanks, doe pceed to the makeing of this my testament wherein it conteynes my last will in manner & forme followinge.
First I doe comende my soule to allmightie god my maker redeemer and saviour and my body to be buried in the church or Chappell yarde of Rilleston neere to the place where myne ancestors are buried. Item I will that my debtes be paid and that I be honestly brought forth to the buriall & that my funall expenses be truely paid and discharged out of all my goodes & chattells. Item it is my mynde that my sonne John shall have a bed roome & fyer with my sonne Robte duringe his naturall life if he marry not.
