     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Ayrshire.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Talbot of Malahide, and Lord Malahide of Malahide, co. Dublin [I., 1831] on 4 March 1921.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Talbot de Malahide, co. Dublin [U.K., 1856] on 4 March 1921.1
