     Henry Tuchet, 10th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) was the son of George Tuchet, 9th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) and Elizabeth Tuke.1 He married Elizabeth Sneyd, daughter of Sir William Sneyd and Anne Barrowe.1 He died on 30 December 1563.1 He was buried on 5 January 1563/64 at Betley, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1
     He succeeded as the 10th Baron Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] in June 1560, by writ.1

     Elizabeth Sneyd was the daughter of Sir William Sneyd and Anne Barrowe.1 She married Henry Tuchet, 10th Baron Audley (of Heleigh), son of George Tuchet, 9th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) and Elizabeth Tuke.1 She married, secondly, Stephen Bagot after 1563.2 She died in December 1609 at Thelwall, Cheshire, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 4 January 1609/10 at Grappenhall, Cheshire, EnglandG.1
     Her married name became Tuchet.1 From after 1563, her married name became Bagot.2

     George Tuchet, 1st Earl of Castlehaven was born circa 1551.2 He was the son of Henry Tuchet, 10th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) and Elizabeth Sneyd.1 He married, firstly, Lucy Mervyn, daughter of Sir James Mervyn and Amy Clark, before 28 August 1584.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Noel, daughter of Sir Andrew Noel and Mabel Harington, on 29 April 1611 at St. Mary le Strand, London, EnglandG.2 He died on 20 February 1616/17.2
     He succeeded as the 11th Baron Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 30 December 1563.1 He was educated in 1570 at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Governor of Utrecht, in the Netherlands.2 He held the office of Governor of Kells, County Meath in 1599.2 He was commander of the eight companies against the Irish rebels in 1599.2 He fought in the Battle of Kingsale on 24 December 1601, where he was wounded.2 He was created 1st Earl of Castlehaven, co. Cork [Ireland] on 6 September 1616.2 He was created 1st Baron Audley of Orier, co. Armagh [Ireland] on 6 September 1616.2

Lucy Mervyn1

     Lucy Mervyn was the daughter of Sir James Mervyn and Amy Clark.1 She married George Tuchet, 1st Earl of Castlehaven, son of Henry Tuchet, 10th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) and Elizabeth Sneyd, before 28 August 1584.1 She died before April 1610.1
     After her marriage, Lucy Mervyn was styled as Baroness Audley before 28 August 1584. From before 28 August 1584, her married name became Tuchet.1
