     Colonel James Grove-White was born in 1852.2 He was the son of Major Hans Thomas Fell White and Amelia Carey White.2 He married Constance Fitzgibbon, daughter of Abraham Fitzgibbon and Isabelle Stovin, on 1 July 1880.1 He died on 1 November 1938.1
     He lived at Kilbyrne, County Waterford, IrelandG.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He was given the name of Colonel James Grove White at birth.2
