Rachel Audrey Campbell, on 6 June 1946.1 She died on 30 June 2004 at age 85 at Bridlington, Yorkshire, EnglandG.4 She was buried on 7 July 2004 at All Saints Church, Rudston, Yorkshire, EnglandG.4
