     Lady Blanche Elizabeth Mary Annunciata Noel was born circa 1845. She was the daughter of Charles George Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough and Lady Ida Harriet Augusta Hay.^1,2 She married Thomas P. Murphy on 6 March 1870.¹ She died on 21 March 1881.¹
     Her married name became Murphy.

     Thomas P. Murphy married Lady Blanche Elizabeth Mary Annunciata Noel, daughter of Charles George Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough and Lady Ida Harriet Augusta Hay, on 6 March 1870.¹ He died on 11 October 1890.¹

     Lady Edith Horatia Emma Frances Noel was the daughter of Charles George Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough and Lady Ida Harriet Augusta Hay.¹ She died on 22 August 1890.²
     She was a nun.²

     Sir Alexander Somerled Angus Bosville Macdonald of Sleat, 16th Bt. was born on 6 November 1917.¹ He was the son of Sir Godfrey Middleton Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt. and Hon. Rachel Audrey Campbell.¹ He married Mary Elizabeth Gibbs, daughter of Lt.-Col. Ralph Crawley-Boevey Gibbs and Dorothy Elizabeth Houldsworth, on 6 June 1946.² He died on 21 October 1958 at age 40.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated in 1939 at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment (Territorial Army.)¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1943, where he was wounded.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Yorkshire.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1943.¹ He was registered as a Associate, Institute of Chartered Accountants (A.C.A.) in 1947.¹ He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers.¹ He succeeded as the 16th Baronet Macdonald, of Sleat, in the Isle of Skye, co. Inverness [N.S., 1625] on 3 August 1951.¹

     Major Nigel Donald Peter Chamberlayne-Macdonald was born on 10 June 1927.¹ He was the son of Sir Godfrey Middleton Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt. and Hon. Rachel Audrey Campbell.¹ He married Penelope Mary Alexandra Chamberlayne, daughter of Tankerville Chamberlayne, on 15 April 1958.¹ He died on 15 August 2013 at age 86.²

     Jean Alice Macdonald was born on 30 July 1919.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Godfrey Middleton Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt. and Hon. Rachel Audrey Campbell.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Basil John Ringrose, son of Ernest Ringrose, on 22 November 1952.¹ She died on 29 July 2004 at age 84.²
     Her married name became Ringrose. She lived in 2003 at Royal Oak, Morby, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹

     Angela Daphne Rachel Macdonald was born on 4 February 1923.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Godfrey Middleton Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt. and Hon. Rachel Audrey Campbell.¹ She married Dr. James Michael Gardner Fell, son of Colonel James Pemberton Fell and Ella May Gardner, on 4 July 1957.¹
     Her married name became Fell. She lived in 2003 at Waverly Heights, Blair #221, 1400 Waverly Road, Gladwynne, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Mary Elizabeth Gibbs was born on 5 June 1919 at Kensington, London, England.^1,3 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Ralph Crawley-Boevey Gibbs and Dorothy Elizabeth Houldsworth.¹ She married Sir Alexander Somerled Angus Bosville Macdonald of Sleat, 16th Bt., son of Sir Godfrey Middleton Bosville Macdonald of the Isles, 15th Bt. and Hon. Rachel Audrey Campbell, on 6 June 1946.¹ She died on 30 June 2004 at age 85 at Bridlington, Yorkshire, England^G.⁴ She was buried on 7 July 2004 at All Saints Church, Rudston, Yorkshire, England^G.⁴
