     John de Pakenham was the son of Edmund de Pakenham.² He married Joan (?)¹ He died in 1420.¹
     He held the office of Collector of Customs for Southampton in 1380.¹

     Joan (?) married, thirdly, John de Pakenham, son of Edmund de Pakenham.¹ She married, secondly, John Wespall.¹ She married, firstly, Henry Machon.¹ She died in 1451.¹
     Her married name became Wespall.¹ Her married name became Machon.¹

     Hugh Pakenham was the son of John de Pakenham and Joan (?)² He married Constance de la Hay, daughter of Richard de la Hay.¹ He died circa 1478.¹
     He was Lord of the Manor of Eastcourt, Finchampstead, Berkshire.¹ In 1451 he succeeded to his step-father’s Manor of Hartley Wespall.¹ He held the office of Constable of Odiham Castle in 1457.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1459.¹

     Constance de la Hay is the daughter of Richard de la Hay.¹ She married Hugh Pakenham, son of John de Pakenham and Joan (?).¹
     Her married name became Pakenham.

     Sir John de Pakenham was the son of John de Pakenham and Muriel (?)¹ He died before 1305.¹
     His male line died out in the 14th century.¹

     Margaret Bramshott was the daughter of John Bramshot.¹ She married John Pakenham, son of Hugh Pakenham and Constance de la Hay.¹ She died on 1 October 1485, from the plague.¹

     His male line died out in 1396.¹ He gained the title of Lord of Ixworth Thorpe, Suffolk [feudal barony].¹
