     Evelyn Paget Graves, 9th Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend was born on 17 May 1926.1 He was the son of Alweyn Montague Graves and Kathleen Eleanor Cowle Priest.2 He married Marjorie Ann Holder, daughter of Dr. Sidney Ernest Holder, on 13 March 1957.1 He died on 6 December 2002 at age 76.1
     He was educated at Launceston Church Grammar School, Launceston, Tasmania, AustraliaG.1 He succeeded as the 9th Lord Graves, Baron of Gravesend, co. Londonerry [I., 1794] in 1994.1
