     Enrico I di Savoia, Duc de Genève et de Nemours was born on 2 November 1572 at Paris, France.1 He was the son of Giacomo di Savoia and Anna dEste, Comtesse de Gisors et Dame de Montargis.1 He married Anne dAumale, daughter of Charles dAumale, Duc d’Aumale and Marie de Lorraine-Elboeuf, in 1618. He died on 10 July 1632 at age 59 at Paris, France.1
     He gained the title of Duc de Nemours. He gained the title of Duc de Genève.
