     John Henry Bailey was born on 27 May 1889.¹ He was the son of John Arthur Crawshay Bailey and Josephine Mathilde Grünewald.² He married Ruby Giles, daughter of Edward Giles, on 30 August 1913.¹ He died on 3 January 1966 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Jesus College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was gassed in 1917.¹ He gained the rank of Gunner in the Honourable Artillery Company.¹

     Ruby Giles was the daughter of Edward Giles.² She married John Henry Bailey, son of John Arthur Crawshay Bailey and Josephine Mathilde Grünewald, on 30 August 1913.¹ She died in 1972.¹
     From 30 August 1913, her married name became Bailey.

     Margaret Elizabeth Bailey was born on 2 July 1915.¹ She is the daughter of John Henry Bailey and Ruby Giles.² She married Derrick Thomas Ashworth Douglas, son of Henry George Douglas, on 10 April 1939.¹
     From 10 April 1939, her married name became Douglas.

     Derrick Thomas Ashworth Douglas was the son of Henry George Douglas.² He married Margaret Elizabeth Bailey, daughter of John Henry Bailey and Ruby Giles, on 10 April 1939.¹ He died in 1975.¹

     Derrick John Douglas was born on 28 February 1947.¹ He is the son of Derrick Thomas Ashworth Douglas and Margaret Elizabeth Bailey.² He married, firstly, Penelope Elizabeth Krause, daughter of Rudi Krause, in 1969.¹ He married, secondly, Marliyn (?) in 1978.¹

     Rudi Krause lived at Elmira, Ontario, Canada^G.¹

     Penelope Elizabeth Krause is the daughter of Rudi Krause.² She married Derrick John Douglas, son of Derrick Thomas Ashworth Douglas and Margaret Elizabeth Bailey, in 1969.¹
     From 1969, her married name became Douglas.

     Lee Christian Douglas was born in 1971.¹ He is the son of Derrick John Douglas and Penelope Elizabeth Krause.²
