     Her married name became Capel.

     Reverend Christopher Capel married Elizabeth Forbes, daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill.¹ He died on 8 October 1846.¹
     He lived at Prestbury, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He had two sons.¹

     Catherine Anne Forbes was born on 4 November 1790.² She was the daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill.³ She was baptised on 20 November 1790 at Fintray, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.² She married John Gordon of Cairnbulg on 8 June 1812.¹
     From 8 June 1812, her married name became Gordon.

     John Gordon of Cairnbulg married Catherine Anne Forbes, daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill, on 8 June 1812.¹
     He lived at Cairnbulg, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Maria Mitchell Forbes was born on 24 April 1792.² She was the daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill.³ She was baptised on 8 May 1792 at Fintray, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.²
     Her married name became Ward.

     Jane Forbes was born on 23 February 1795.² She was the daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill.³ She was baptised on 15 March 1795 at Fintray, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.² She married Rev. Dr. William Carpenter, eloped.¹
     Her married name became Carpenter.

     Rev. Dr. William Carpenter was born in 1800 at Ireland^G.² He married Jane Forbes, daughter of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, 5th Bt. and Hon. Sarah Sempill, eloped.¹ He died in 1865 at Penzance, Cornwall, England^G.²
     He had two sons.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1823 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was Chaplain between 1832 and 1848 at Barnabas, Isle of Man, England.² He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1840 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)² He was Vicar between 1849 and 1850 at St. Jude, Liverpool, Lancashire, England.² He was Vicar between 1850 and 1864 at Christ Church. Moss Side, Manchester, Lancashire, England.² He was Vicar between 1864 and 1865 at Paul, Cornwall, England.²

     Sir William Forbes-Sempill, 17th Lord Sempill was born on 20 May 1836 at Fintray, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.^1,2 He was the son of Sir John Forbes of Craigievar, 7th Bt. and Hon. Charlotte Elizabeth Forbes.³ He was baptised on 4 August 1836 at Fintray, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.² He married, firstly, Caroline Louisa Forbes, daughter of Sir Charles Forbes of Newe, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Battye, on 23 June 1858.¹ He and Caroline Louisa Forbes were divorced in 1861.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Emily Abercromby, daughter of Sir Robert Abercromby of Birkenbog, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Stephenson Douglas, on 18 November 1862 at St. James, Westminster, London, England^G.^1,2 He married, thirdly, Mary Beresford Lowe, daughter of Henry Sherbrooke, on 30 April 1890.³ He died on 21 July 1905 at age 69 at Craigievar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.^3,2
     He was given the name of William Forbes at birth.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.³ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Forbes, of Craigievar [N.S., 1630] on 16 February 1846.¹ He gained the rank of Ensign between 1854 and 1857 in the Coldstream Guards.³ He gained the rank of Captain between 1859 and 1861 in the 9th Aberdeenshire Rifle Volunteers.³ He succeeded as the 17th Lord Sempill [S., 1488] on 5 September 1884.³ He was awarded the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers’ Decoration (V.D.)³ He was awarded the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers’ Decoration (V.D.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Aberdeenshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.¹
