     Anselm Marshal, 6th Earl of Pembroke was the son of William Marshal, 1st Earl of Pembroke and Isabella de Clare, Countess of Pembroke. He married Maud de Bohun, daughter of Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hereford and Maud d‘Eu. He died on 22 December 1245.
     He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Pembroke [E., 1199] on 24 November 1245.
